The exhibition “Capsules of confinement: art and pandemic in Catalonia” was born from the virtual project “Capsules of confinement” that the Vila Casas Foundation has promoted when the state of alarm was decreed due to the COVID19 pandemic and the consequent confinement sine die. Eugenia Balcells has presented the video Confinament in which, in front of his work Universe, he reflects on the need for art, on how art makes us more human, makes us recognize as part of the world and the cycle of life.
